Tammy Petit
With over 15 years of experience, Tammy was one of the first agents in the Denver market to embrace transaction coordination as a way to scale her business—long before it became industry standard. What began as a productivity strategy quickly became a game-changer, earning praise not only from clients but also from fellow agents, lenders, and title companies.
Over time, Tammy realized not all coordinators delivered the same level of service. Some lacked consistency, others fell short of expectations, and retention was a constant challenge. Determined to change that, she conducted in-depth interviews with coordinators and discovered the root problem: they were underpaid, undervalued, and underutilized.
Tammy launched Contract2Close to fix that. Her mission: to recruit and train top-tier coordinators, compensate them fairly, and empower them to deliver exceptional service—so agents can focus on selling, and clients enjoy a seamless experience from contract to close.
Jenna Kaufold
Jenna's experience in project management makes her a true asset to Contract2Close. From the time she receives the contract through to closing, she keeps a detailed record of each of the deadlines, documents, appointments, and tasks that are needed within the transaction. She then provides her agents with a status update of the file on a daily basis, checking off items as they occur, scheduling appointments as needed and saving all documents to your respective filing systems.
